A complete overhaul of machinery including lubrication and rebuilding of hydraulic parts. It started with dismantling the plant into individual components, then the components were inspected for faults. Working together with the client company's specialist engineer, decisions were made on whether the components should replaced or repaired. Finally, each component is installed with great care and accuracy.

Time is of the essence for paper manufacturing mills because of its round-the-clock operation. Each mechanical maintenance task has to be carefully planned out and carried out per schedule to reduce downtime. Unexpected scenarios can arise which will put pressure on the race against the clock. Regardless of whether it is a preventative maintenance task, attending breakdowns or planned shuts, it is important to think on our feet to formulate the most efficient way of completing the tasks.
